We are living in days where we yearn for a brighter future as we wrestle with the results of our past. But we have noticed some amazing things happening in 2020, amongst heartache and joy, humanity has yet again risen to a great global challenge.
We are fascinated by how we can be fully human at work and 2020 has proved we can be highly adaptable, innovative, loving, generous and full of belief. So how can we be fully alive right now sending a signal to our past and our future, not missing the opportunity that is right in front of us today?
We are excited to share with you the first Go Human Research Review carried out from July to September. This review reveals key workplace insights over the 2020 lock down along with our own Go Human perspectives, what have we learnt and what challenges are we still to face in the workplace?
